Self assessment

Want to grow your skills in one or all of the leadership capabilities but aren’t sure where to begin? Take the short self-assessment below to see where you currently are.

Who qualifies?

Any employee is eligible to use the self-assessment tool. Because the tool is not automated nor does it connect to any other learning system within JLL, it’s up to you to share your insights from the self-assessment with your manager.

How long does it take?

It will take about 10 minutes to complete the assessment. Because it’s a self-assessment, be honest and don’t overstate your skills.

You can re-assess at any time and see your progress by downloading a new assessment and comparing the new results to your previous results.

How do I get started?

Click on the “Download Self-Assessment” button below. You can complete the assessment online or print it and complete it on paper. Once you are done, share the results with your manager and/or mentor and incorporate the results into your development plan.
