These short online courses can help anyone at any level grow and develop the skills they need for today and into the future. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) session provides participants with an opportunity to better understand how they prefer to use their perception and judgment, reach conclusions, react and behave accordingly. Stronger self-awareness and awareness of other’s styles, develops emotional intelligence, encourages team members to better understand each other, assists in communication strategies and fosters better relationships.

Leading Leaders Signature Program
Nominations in Q1 every year. Program occurs Q2 and Q3 annually.

This program tackles the challenges of leading leaders by leveraging 360 feedback. In a day long workshop, leaders confront real business challenges and learn how to unleash team engagement to drive the business agenda. At the end of the three month program, leaders will understand how to excel through others.​ This is a nomination based program; ask your HR Business Partner for details.
