Ambition Builders (previously known as “Skillsoft courses”) are short, online courses to help grow your skills. We have nearly 100 courses on a variety of skills. These short online courses can help anyone at any level grow and develop the skills they need for today and into the future. These courses range from communication skills to project management, to financial acumen and more!

This programme focuses on developing communication styles, exploring techniques to help participants feel more confident in formal presentations, key meetings and pitches, and practicing key performance skills – exploring the music, (vocal elements) words and dance (gestures and posture) around performance.

Leading Others Signature Programme: Management Development Programme (MDP)
Nominations in Q4 Every Year. Programme occurs four times per year.

A highly participative and practical programme that will stretch, challenge and encourage participants to link personal goals to our broader business strategy. It will provide the necessary tools to connect with clients and colleagues alike to successfully compete at the highest levels in the markets they operate. It will
enable delegates to make a shift in their outlook to take on a more confident, front facing role within the business whilst providing an excellent networking opportunity where strong bonds can be formed and in turn create future business winning opportunities.

Nominations in Q4 Every Year. Programme occurs two times per year.

The ASPIRE Leadership Development Programme is designed to equip our leaders with the skills and expertise in order to lead our business to deliver our strategy to 2020 and beyond. The programme encompasses Authentic leadership to Support our people who have the Potential to be the future leaders of the organisation. Embracing an Individual approach, the programme incorporates time for Reflection and learning through Experience.

ASPIRE is structured to focus around three core areas (Strategy, People and Operations) and contains a number of touch points throughout to ensure participants are well prepared, their expectations are set accurately and that their learning is embedded and reviewed as part of their ongoing journey.

Leading Organisations Signature Programme: APOLLO

As well as examining the challenges and opportunities we’re facing as a firm, you’ll explore strategy in a digital era, discover how to lead change and spend time considering how you as leaders need to model and promote a more responsive leadership culture – one where we listen to and support our people through change, and encourage innovation.
